Jamie is the Managing Director of Appnova.

With over ten years experience in management, technology and consultancy; Jamie specialises in financial management, business strategy and technology implementations and has been involved in retail, hospitality, utilities, and finance. His passion is working with early-stage start-ups, as well as established businesses. Jamie uses his broad experience to help our clients’ grow their business and produce the results they deserve. This is shown in Jamie’s dedication, making sure our clients’ requests are our number one priority.

Jamie’s belief was that if Appnova had a unique group of individuals with expertise in key areas of web development, design and solutions, Appnova could create luxury, profitable and cost effective websites for London Digital Agency Appnova’s clients.

Aldo is Appnova’s Media Director and Digital Marketing Specialist.

Aldo’s experience ranges all across the Digital Media and Marketing industry and also web and printing. He is recognised across the industry due to his capability in consistently finding solutions, generating sales and increasing the awareness of our clients’ brands. Aldo creates great relationships with our clients, keeping in contact with them regularly and listening to their requests, he finds out exactly which services he can provide to improve their business results.

Carlos is our Software Architect and Senior Web Developer.

Carlos has a degree in Computer Science from the Peruvian University of Science, where he was also a lecturer in Web Development. Carlos also holds four Microsoft Certifications in Web Development and Solutions Architecture. He is currently halfway to get a MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship in UCL, University of London.

Carlos’ passion in Social Media and Technology keeps him up to date and well informed about all the latest breakthroughs in the web. Carlos’ skills in the latest web technologies are displayed in all of our work.

Leo is our Creative Director and User Experience Designer. He attended the Academy for Arts and New Technologies in Rome, Italy.

After one year teaching Digital Ilustration, he started as graphic designer in an ADV & New media agency in Rome, where he became Art Director. In the last 6 years he specialized in web experience design and graphic user interface (GUI) design. He joined Appnova team in 2008 where is responsible for art direction and design process. Since 2009, he is the MD of the Italian subsidiary Appnova Italy.

Jenny is our senior project manager at Appnova.

Jenny has been with us since early 2008. She is a graduate from Peruvian University of Science, where she studied Computing Science; Jenny also has an MSc in e-Business and Innovation from Birkbeck, University of London.

Jenny has become well known by our clients, with her devoted approach to her work, her busy schedule and her generous contribution to Appnova. There is never a job that Jenny isn’t already committed to.

Ben recently joined our expanding office in beautiful Rome.

After obtaining a diploma in Graphic Visualisation at the Accademia delle Arti e Nuove Tecnologie, he successfully completed a Masters degree in Multimedia Project Management at the same university.

Ben is an interface design wizard, with a great passion for guitars, video and motion graphics, and a self-confessed Web-addicted geek.

Thu is the newest member of the London team.

With a Master of Computer Science from the University of Myanmar and over a decade of experience, Thu brings exceptional quality to the team. He is a certified Microsoft System Engineer.

Thu doesn’t have any limits when it comes to creating pages. He prides himself on his innovative thinking for our fashion e-commerce websites by thinking outside the box in the early development phases; ensuring that each new page is completely unique from the last.

Manuel is the latest gifted techie to come aboard.

He graduated in Computing Science, from Peruvian University of Science, where he is at present getting another degree, in Business Engineering.

Manuel combines an extensive experience in software design and development for financial customers with a great passion for travels, the wilderness and mountain hiking, in a balanced yin and yang of dynamic professionalism and a taste for the silent hermitage.

Daniele is the Social Media Ringmaster, here at Appnova.

With a Master’s degree in Sociology and one in Media, Communications and Critical Practice, he knows how to combine creativity and practical expertise.

His extensive experience in writing, photography and video gives Daniele the right skills for an effective and inspired state of the art Social Media campaign.

Renzo is a talented front-end developer, who recently joined our team.

After graduating in Computing and Information Technology at the Cibertec Institute, he specialised in Advertising Graphics in Toulouse Lautrec Institute in Lima. Not content with this impressive academic record, he studied Business and Systems Engineering at the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.

Renzo’s infatuation for web design, mobile technology and apps, together with striking technical skills, helped shape his belief: ‘Slick design + leading-edge development = 24-carat product’.

Marina is our Business Development Manager and Marketing Copywriter at Appnova.

She graduated with honours in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina and worked extensively in Marketing for the following 5 years. She later moved to the US and obtained her Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Marina puts together content for our website and clients pages and works closely with Aldo and Jamie engaging with our new clients, helping them define the best marketing, branding and design techniques in order to grow their businesses and achieve their long term goals.

Nick is our marketing copywriter at Appnova.

Nick is a graduate from the University of Sydney with an Honours degree in English Literature and Modern Film Analysis.

Using his experience in advertising and writing, Nick puts together the content on our website and client pages; providing compelling copy, long & short, that effectively targets the audience required.
