Black & Decker needed to show themselves as a source of knowledge as well as a product. Having launched a range of cordless lawn trimmers, they wanted to empower their customers to choose the right model. The answer? A cutting-edge app that could recommend a lawn trimmer based on answers to a series of questions. Something sleek and simple, that could be used by both customers and retailers.

We developed a user-friendly, multi-platform app. So, how exactly does it work? After completing a series of questions, customers receive their tailored recommendation. The app features product registration and a product image gallery. Users can also move through to purchase on site.

All of the analytics are captured. So another big win came in the form of data that could now be collected on their target audience.
